Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 3–11 business days once dispatched. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Returns
All sales are final. Because products ship directly from our manufacturing partners, we're not able to accept physical returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, wrong, or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, email us a photo of the item and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — no need to send anything back.
